Executive Chef Wolfgang Birk blends his worldly influences with local inspiration to create cuisine that’s elegant yet approachable. Given our proximity to the ocean, we take a little extra pride in our seafood, sourcing ingredients from our favorite local vendors. In other words, this downtown Miami restaurant is all about three things: chef driven, ocean inspired, local flavor. Join us indoors or on the open-air terrace for breakfast, lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch—plus spectacular views of downtown, Biscayne Bay and Brickell Key.
