Wine + Dine Among the Stars
EPIC Sky Dining is a series of exclusive monthly dinners highlighting limited bottlings of spirits and rare vintages, from the private Kimpton EPIC 29 lounge. The series’ host, Kimpton EPIC Hotel’s Director of Beverage and sommelier, Amy Currens, will expertly curate each dinner’s beverage selections while guests enjoy elevated views of Downtown Miami.
Each installment of the dining series will celebrate the season by highlighting five picks by Currens, complemented by a unique five-course dinner by Chef Alex Olivier of Area 31 Restaurant .
