Wine + Dine Among the Stars
Summertime and the dinin’ is easy... when perched 29 floors above Downtown Miami, that is! EPIC Sky Dining is a series of exclusive monthly dinners highlighting limited bottlings of spirits and rare vintages, from the private Kimpton EPIC 29 lounge. The series’ host, Kimpton EPIC Hotel’s new director of beverage and sommelier, Amy Currens, will expertly curate each dinner’s beverage selections while guests enjoy elevated views of Downtown Miami.
Each installment of the dining series will celebrate the season by highlighting five picks by Currens, complemented by a unique five-course dinner by Chef Alex Olivier of Area 31 Restaurant. Taking place in our private 16-seat lounge, the series will kick off with the Summer of Champagne, highlighting three distinct Champagne producers through the summer months. The fall season will feature unique Blends and Barrels, perfect for autumn months.
