Welcome to Kimpton EPIC Miami. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Florida. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Guest Amenity Fees:

  • Guest Amenity Fees of $29 + tax will be charged per night of your stay and include the following
    • Wireless High Speed Internet Access
    • One complimentary fitness class at Exhale to include yoga, barre and cardio.
    • Access to PressReader on your smart device featuring over 7,000 newspapers and magazines
    • Complimentary black and white printing (up to 10 pages)
    • Complimentary local and 1-800 calls

Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • Morning Coffee Service available in Area 31 from 7:00a.m. until 10:00a.m. or a coffee maker can be provided upon request.
  • Morning Kick-Start will feature a “Kimpton Get Up + Go” playlist
  • Evening Social Hour will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine in the comfort of your room. Visit the front desk for additional details.
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.
  • Our on property Spa is open by appointment only

Parking Services:

  • Valet parking is available at $42/night.

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. Our team will check in daily via text to offer contactless delivery of towels, sheets or trash pick-up. You can also text us directly at 786-540-4777 to request delivery at any time including our “Forgot It, We Got It” items such as a toothbrush or razor.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, pens/paper, books and robes) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton's Approach to Clean.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega.

Dining Services:

  • Area 31 is open for breakfast and dinner daily and offers take out options. All day dining can be enjoyed on our 16th Floor Pool Deck. View Hours and Menus.

In-Room Dining:

  • In-room dining is not currently available.

Concierge Services:

Fitness Center:

  • The fitness center is open with social distancing guidelines. Face coverings are required to be worn at all times.

Pool and Cabana Availability:

  • Our pool is open. Cabanas are available and can either be reserved at the Front Desk or directly with the Pool Concierge.

Business Center:

  • The business center is currently closed. Please visit the front desk for copy and printing services.

Other Services:

  • House Car is not currently available
