FUSION MASSAGE
Combining the best of therapeutic massage practices from around the world, this Swedish-based therapy uses specific rhythmic massage movements and potent herbal and aromatherapy oils, which enhance the therapeutic effect. Choose from an uplifting, detoxifying or relaxing blend.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deeply addresses tight muscle groups without going past the point of resistance. It is highly beneficial for physical and mental stress reduction, athletic peak performance, sculpting and overall toning.

DEEP FLOW MASSAGE
A deep, therapeutic massage that is pleasurable, not painful. Exhale's signature massage utilizes flowing techniques to open locked muscles and free energy blockages – for a tension-relieving experience unlike any other.

GLOW
This unique body therapy combines dry brushing, a citrus sugar scrub, and a luxurious application of moisturizer that will leave the skin energized, supple, and hydrated. We begin with an ancient dry brushing exfoliation technique which stimulates detoxification through lymphatic drainage, improves cellular function, and increases circulation. Our warmed G.R.N. Citrus Body Scrub is massaged onto the body, whisking away dull skin to allow new, healthy, radiant cells to emerge, revealing improved clarity and softness. POWER BODY DETOX
This unique body therapy utilizes Ionithermie's technology with targeted electrical stimulation to reduce the appearance of cellulite, improve and smooth skin texture while it slims, tones and firms the body as well as delivering a detoxifying effect and re-mineralization on a cellular level. This therapy is most effective when completed as a series and is not suited for pregnant or breast-feeding women or those with heart and circulatory conditions. BODY ENLIGHTENING
Surrender to exhale's signature mind body therapy that incorporates yoga contact work, assisted stretching, relaxation and body alignment. You will emerge feeling balanced, elongated and spirited. We recommend that you wear yoga or loose-fitted clothing and socks for Body Enlightening.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
A gentle, yet profound modality that works at the deepest levels of the central nervous system to effectively remove accumulated blockages within the brain that restrict the flow of cerebral spinal fluids. Facilitates deep meditative states and may relieve certain types of headaches, spinal nerve problems and temporomandibular joint dysfunction.

SHIATSU
Experience an ancient form of finger pressure massage focusing on precise body points to encourage the proper flow of Qi, or life energy. Therapy is performed on a table. Loose fitted clothing required.

PRENATAL MASSAGE
This deeply soothing massage is specifically designed for the special needs of expectant mothers. It is designed to improve circulation, reduce swelling in the feet and hands and release tension in the lower back, neck and shoulders. This therapy is not recommended in the first trimester.

REFLEXOLOGY
Involving the application of pressure to specific reflex points located on the feet that correspond to related glands, organs and systems of the body, this therapy helps dissolve blocked energy, improve circulation and renew balance.

REIKI
A form of energy therapy, Reiki originated in Tibet and has been practiced for over 2,500 years. Simply performed, direct applications of Qi are administered, enabling greater energy flow and healing to occur.

NAIL CARE + WAXING

G.R.N MANICURE
There's nothing better than Blue Chamomile to soothe away a hard day at work! We'll begin with soaking your hands in our healing essential oils and smoothing your cuticles back into shape. Our Green Exfoliator will then detoxify and promote cell renewal. Relax with a soothing massage utilizing our Natural White Tea Spray and Lotion followed by our Hydrating Serum to rejuvenate the skin. Finally, choose your shade of polish to top off your glowing hands.

G.R.N. PEDICURE
Experience the sensation of tired, aching feet being cleansed and soothed with Blue Chamomile. Hangnails and calluses are gently removed and dull skin is sloughed off with our creamy Avocado and Almond Scrub. Natural White Tea Spray tones the skin and brings back a healthy glow. Warm towels and Avocado and Cucumber mask then rebalance the skin, followed by our Natural White Tea Spray and Lotion massage. Finally, choose your shade of polish to highlight your glowing feet.

Core Fusion® Sport

Core Fusion® Yoga

Included is a purifying Thai foot therapy, which manipulates energy points in the feet to promote relaxation and improve circulation.

TRUE
Enliven your skin with our customized facial appropriate for all skin types. MEN'S
Tailored specifically for active urban men, this hour-long deep cleansing escape produces profound results. Alpha hydroxy acids are built into this therapy to diminish ingrown hairs while skin soothers help to calm irritation. A heavy emphasis is placed on scalp, face, neck and shoulder massage.

LIFT
A unique non-surgical face lift which utilizes sub-sensory microcurrent waves to tone and lift facial muscles. BRIGHTEN
This therapy combines two professional facial masques to create an extraordinary skin brightening system designed to rapidly and safely resurface the skin. Your skin care specialist will begin with a resurfacing masque formulated with acids, retinol, vitamins, and antioxidants including green tea extracts. CANINE WELLNESS

DOGA
This 30-minute session is led by an exhale-certified yoga instructor and offered to one human and one canine. The session incorporates meditation, massage (for the dog), yoga (for the human), and can be experienced poolside or in-studio if the studio is available.

DOG MASSAGE Dog massage has so many physical and psychological benefits that it has become an essential of health care similar to grooming, feeding, and exercise. All animals are candidates for massage as pets naturally come to their owners to be petted as a sign of approval, reward and/or affection. Touch is a very basic bond between animals and people and that bond is only enhanced with periodic massage therapy.

Exhale's canine wellness program is an experience that can be provided to just your pet (owner must be present during therapy) or in conjunction with a 30-minute massage therapy for the pet's owner.
