On-site parking is $32 overnight with unlimited in and out privileges. Parking is not included in the room rate.

Reservations

Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Answer
None of the rooms will accommodate a rollaway. Our Junior & One Bedroom Suites offer a queen-size pull out sofa. All of the rooms and suites will accommodate cribs or playards and there is no charge for these.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Answer
You must contact the site that you booked your reservation through.

What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
Answer
You must be 18 years of age or older to check in and have a valid credit card and ID. No honor bar key will be provided for guests less than 21 years of age.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Answer
A credit card is required at the time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled by 4pm local hotel time 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night's room and tax charge. Please note that for special rates, packages, and certain seasons this policy is subject to change. Please verify the actual cancellation/deposit policy for your dates of travel.

Yes, we do have connecting rooms. You can make a request for connecting rooms at any time, however these requests are not guaranteed.

Yes, we do have ADA rooms. If you have any special needs please contact the hotel to ensure an ADA room.

Yes, a charge equal to one night's room and tax may apply to guests who are checking out early.

Area 31 Operating Hours:

Kitchen:
Mon to Sat 7 am – 11 pm*
Sun: 7 am – 10 pm*

Bar:
Mon to Thur: 11 am – midnight
Fri and Sat: 11 am – 1 am
Sun: 11 am – 11 pm

*Please note the kitchen for Area 31 only will be closed daily between the hours of 3 – 5 pm. All other dining options, such as pool deck, cabanas, room service, etc. will be serving their full menus during those hours.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
Answer
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted credit cards. When you check into the hotel, we will hold the full room and tax total, plus $100 for incidental charges. This hold will be released from your account within 5 days of check out. We do not accept checks. If you wish to pay cash, we still require that you have a credit card at check in, and you can pay cash at check out.

Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?

Yes, we welcome your pets, with no weight or height restrictions.

Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?
Answer
Yes, we have designated pet free floors. We also use non-allergenic cleaning supplies after all of our furry friends check out to reduce allergens, as well as an ionizer in the room to help eliminate any odors.
